Hi all, After reseting to watch defaults / factory (using the watch menu) I then reconnected my watch on GarminExpress via USB and Synced (resintall app, watch face etc).
The bluetooth connection seemed to be working fine up until this morning. I got a phone call and noticed my watch didn't vibrate. After checking in to it, it wasn't connected to my phone. I went through about every troubleshooting step with no luck. Garmin support had me reset the device and clear the app data, but the app can't find the device
Since this morning, the touch screen on my Vivoactive 3 Music has stopped responding. I can still click the button on the side and the watch responds, so it's really a matter of the touch screen. I restarted the watch using the button (15 seconds off, 1 second on), this did not work.

i took my new vivoactive 3 out of the box, paired it to my phone in seconds and it was perfect. around two hours later the watch froze. since then i've not been able to pair with my phone. i've plugged in to garmin express and found a new update, but that hasn't made a difference other than updating to the correct date!
